Es Cavallet is a 3 bedroom Finca, entirely designed in white Ibiza style. Accommodating 6 people, the villa is nested in a spacious private garden, including a pool, sun deck, and outdoor kitchen . Three large en-suite bedrooms with private bathrooms. A very large open kitchen/living/dinning/pool/garden area that is the heart of the living space in the villa. The space Es Cavallet villa has a open living area that combines the kitchen, dining, living space, pool and garden. The open plan and spacious living space with integrated garden, sun-deck and pool provides an indoors-out and outdoors-in feel to all spaces in the villa. The Villa has a building area over 180m2 in a 400m2 land. Recently decorated in soft boho atmosphere, with light colors and artwork complementing spaces trough out, Es Cavallet villa can host comfortably up to 6 people and/or 3 couples in fully separated en-suite bedroom areas for more privacy and pleasure! Upon entering the Spanish gates you will find the pool and sundeck integrated into the open living and dining space next to the garden. A large well-furnished kitchen with its own seating/table area, very novel, nicely decorated with plenty of brightness from the garden and pool. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, gas cooker, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, water dispenser with pure mineral water direct from the source (tap water is not recommended for drinking). A large turquoise chill-out sofa is the center of living space for hosting friends or family. From the living area you can access two separate stairs that leads you to two separated rooms on the second floor. A large common terrace in the second floor with panoramic views of rice fields and hanging gardens is accessible through large glass doors in each room. Next to the pool also you will find the master bedroom with en-suite outside bathroom and large glass doors with garden views. Each room has air conditioning, storage spaces and en-suite bathroom. The garden ideal for relaxing and sun tanning, where you can enjoy a pool next to the fully equipped kitchen to host outdoor lunch, dinner or drinks next to swimming area. Guest access Es Cavallet is part of La Payesa Complex, which is comprised of 4 independent Villas: Las Salinas (4 Bedrooms), Illetas (3 Bedrooms), and Es Palmador (2 Bedrooms). The Complex is fully staff for your service and security and can host a total of 24 people. Villas can be booked independently or together in any combination to accommodate large groups/parties/workshops. Each villa has its own service staff for assure your comfort. Each villa has its private pool, garden, sun deck and kitchen and can be configured as totally independent, or can be communicated through the garden by opening large wood doors that provide privacy to each house. La Payesa Complex has a common Parking area leading to separate private entrances to the premises of each villa. A Large Entrance door closes the parking area to the street providing security and privacy to the Complex. La Payesa has security personnel at night. Other things to note -Daily cleaning service is provided from Monday to Saturday. - For Sunday arrivals the welcome breakfast and first cleaning service is provided the next Monday. If guests requires a Sunday cleaning or breakfast service, it can be arranged with advance notice and booked at minor cost. -Bed sheets are changed every 4 days and towels every 3 days. -All bedsheets and towels in the villa are brand new. -Mineral water dispenser at will.
