Studio on houseboat on the outskirts of Amsterdam

Are you tired of the city for a while? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would love to welcome you to my unique place in the middle of the farmlands of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. By the way, the ferry is privately owned, and is only used by my guests. The space Once across the street you walk through your own entrance into the garden, which is directly adjacent to the meadows of the nature reserve "The Varkensland". The garden is also in private use, as is the sitting area with barbecue and firepit. The recently completed 70m2 studio is the accommodation for the chosen period. This lovely place sleeps for four guests, is stylishly decorated, equipped with a luxurious bathroom and is fully equipped. With as a cherry on top, the view over the meadowlands, with the inherent Dutch skies, flora and fauna. The location is perfect for walks through the adjacent nature reserve, boat trips and canoeing towards the Nok and the Leek (two lakes nearby), swimming in the boat or in the IJsselmeer but of course also simply relaxation. On the fine sofa, or one of the seats in the garden. The choice is yours. There is also plenty for children to do. Romping on the land, jumping in the ditch, catching frogs, or swimming. And if they feel they have outgrown these activities, there is of course: Wi-Fi. And should the measures allow it in the near future, there is plenty of entertainment to be found in the area. Of course in Amsterdam, with its qualities that need no further description. But also Broek in Waterland, Ransdorp, Uitdam and Volendam-Edam are among the, highly recommended, choices. Guest access You have the whole garden for yourself with a table, several seating areas and facilities to have a barbeque or make a fire. The amazing view from the bedroom overlooks the typical Dutch polder and the endless meadows. You can have a nice walk to the center of Broek in Waterland. The trampoline is also accessible for kids.
