Additional street parking can be purchased. Guest access All areas are accessible to guests *except*, one room on the second floor (will be locked), and basement (also locked). Other things to note Home includes fire and carbon monoxide detectors throughout all floors. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the kitchen. Each bedroom has its own lock, except for the top floor bedroom, which is open to the stairway. This is a Designated Non-Smoking Property. It is located in a community with neighbours. Please refrain from making noise outside after 11pm and contain noise in the house after 11pm as well. This house has a limit of 14 registered occupants. Guests exceeding this capacity without authorization by the owner will have their stay terminated. **Please note** I, the owner, will be staying in the basement unit. It is separated from the rest of the home and has its own entrance. The door to the basement will be locked at all times, including a chain rail on guests' side for their own comfort.
