House is on elevated area and you can enjoy the breathtaking view of mountains from the patio that is located on the upper level. 11 minutes walk to the Borjomi Central Park (750 meters). 5-10 minutes waking distance to major attractions, cafes and bars. You, your family or your friends can make barbecue in the backyard. You will love staying with us! The space Smoking is allowed on the patio. Guest access House has another bedroom that has it's privet kitchen and bathroom. If this bedroom is rented out you will share living room with other guests.
