This is a 3-unit building, with 2 additional apartments located on the property, which are occupied by full-time tenants. The Airbnb has a private entrance beneath the main stairs, so you can come and go at your leisure without disturbing the other tenants. The Airbnb features exposed brick throughout, coupled with modern amenities such as a full-size kitchen, dining area, smart TVs, and a private patio. And for gamers, there are old-school gaming consoles located beneath the large TV, such as NES, Super NES, and Wii. Other things to note — Parking Overview — This unit is located in downtown Albany, and as a result finding a parking spot can be a challenge. Much of your luck depends on when you plan to arrive; the closer to your check-in time (3PM), the higher your chances of finding a spot! If you’d rather not deal with on-street parking, there is also a parking lot located less than a block away from the unit. If you’d prefer this option, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll gladly provide more details! Please note that the daily rate for the parking lot is $15 per day. — Street Parking Restrictions — On-street parking is free during the weekend (Saturday & Sunday), but can be a little tricky during the week. On Mondays & Wednesdays there are restrictions on Hamilton (a 1-way street) from 9AM - 12PM: Mondays: no parking on the right-side of Hamilton Street from 9AM-12PM. Wednesdays: no parking on the left-side of Hamilton Street from 9AM-12PM. Always pay attention to what the signs say, as this can save you a lot of hassle! Remember, if you’d rather not deal with on-street parking at all, please contact us regarding the parking lot option!
