This is a fantastic duplex penthouse has direct views over the amazing beach on the Paradise Beach complex with numerous swimming pools on site and direct access to own beach. The large terraces on both levels, totalling c 90 square metres, stretch the entire length of the penthouse giving fantastic open space to chill out. The enormous luxury penthouse directly overlooks the pool and lovely gardens with great sea viewsof Pronta /Bikini beach Open plan lounge and dining room are really spacious The space On the upper floor are the other double bedrooms, 1 queen bedded double and 1 twin. Both have large patio doors opening out to the top terrace and share their own bathroom with shower. All have large wardrobe storage space. There is also a separate exit to the large sun terrace which is equipped with 2 sun loungers and further outdoor furniture & sun umbrella. There is part of the hallway which can be used as additional storage or bedroom space (but no private door to close in this area). Both sofas turn into sofa beds and there is a single put you up bed in the master bedroom & travel cot - so can home families up to 7-8 comfortably. All beddings and towels are provided and highchair, travel cot and other beach and childrens items for the little ones. Fly screens are on all the windows/doors and no air conditioning required as you get a wonderful natural breeze all through the apartment – with fans in each room if required. The penthouse is stylishly furnished with solid dark wood furniture, 2 comfy sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player & games as well as board games, plenty of books and DVDs to watch. Free wifi is available locally at most bars in Santa Maria or can be connected in the penthouse for a small fee payable to the resort office (together with satelitte TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size cooker and hob, microwave,grill,fridge freezer,washer and dishwasher. Additional utilities include clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Please note this is a very quiet resort in beautiful large gardens. If you like lots going on and bars and activities round the pool this is probably not the resort for you Few mins stroll along beach to Bikini beach bar and restaurant , Bob Marley bar and lovely Italian ice cream parlour and Italian restaurant at Hotel Dunas which is the resort next door. Around 15 mins stroll to Vila Verde resort which has large supermarket, bank and restaurant. Other things to note Please note that the penthouse wifi/satellite TV comes as a pre booked package with a fee payable to resort office when booked. Alternatively free wifi in most bars/restaurants or doggles available locally. Please also note that the Cape Verdean government also charges a 2.50 euro per adult tourist tax up to 10 nights max - again this is for all self catering complexes across the CV islands.
