Crosby Home within a Conservation area

Our deceptively large home is situated in a beautiful quiet conservation area in Crosby, 30 minutes from Liverpool City centre and the seaside resort of Southport. We are a 7 minute drive to both West Lancs golf club and Crosby beach, a 2 minute walk to the Northern club and the bars and restaurants in Crosby village are a 15 minute walk. Although the listing says 'private room' all four bedrooms are available. Please read 'SHOW MORE' for a full description. The space Having two bedrooms on the upper level, one king and one twin, both with en suite bathrooms, our home is suitable for couples, families and individuals. A large lounge (shown as living room) with excellent WIFI is available exclusively for guests, Another downstairs bedroom with a king size bed and a single bedroom (suitable for a child) which share a bathroom is also available. Unfortunately the whole house is not available to rent (as we both live here) and we only ever host one booking at a time, which means you will not have to share with any other guests and all four bedrooms shown will be available for your booking. You will also receive a set of keys to come and go as you please. For a one person booking we require a minimum 2 night stay. We are only available for weekend stays (Fri, Sat and Sunday)
