Beautiful, Cosy Cornish Cottage

Merrilee is a beautifully refurbished holiday cottage, situated in the historic harbour village of Porthleven. Fully equipped for self catering. In 6 minutes you can walk to the beach, the harbour, great pubs, shops and award winning restaurants. We now offer luxury spa treatments in the comfort of our cottage thanks to Home Spa Cornwall. Perfect for special getaways, birthdays and girlie weekends, come and be pampered! The space Merrilee has been designed to provide all you need for your stay in Porthleven; the home from home comforts with a touch of luxury. Perfect in size for a couples cosy retreat or a family. Merrilee boasts a fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area with integrated fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, Ecobubble washing machine/dryer and Bosch dish washer. The lounge is perfect for relaxation with large sofas, wood burning stove, TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player and WIFI. Upstairs, there is a large double bedroom complete with a flat screen TV, DAB clock radio and gorgeous oak furniture. The bathroom has a built in bath (with spa lights), an overhead rainfall shower and heated towel rail . The twin bedroom has two full sized single beds and an alarm clock. Merrilee is heated on both levels by underfloor heating (Air Source) which is thermostatically controlled in each room and heats the hot water (along with the solar thermal system). Merrilee has an outdoor garden space for you to enjoy (entrance approx 20ft from back door, separated by a small lane), with seating/al fresco eating area (with power and lighting), BBQ, retractable washing line and architectural planting. We also provide (on request) a highchair, travel cot (please bring own bedding) and stairgate. We welcome one well behaved pet. Guest access All of the house and Merrilee's garden. The entrance to the garden is approximately 20ft from the back door. If you bring a pet we would request they stay downstairs. Other things to note On street parking only
