Smiley House - Maurach - Achensee - Tyrol

Maurach am Achensee is a winter and summer holiday paradise. The independent four-room part of the wooden house is rented out in shifts of at least 3 days. The house is warm, friendly, and when it was built, we avoided the use of modern interior design materials as much as possible. The house is comfortable and cost-effective for teams of 8 people and I rent it to that many people, but it is spacious and equipped enough for more people to fit. Well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, 2 toilets, parking for 2 cars, courtyard, barbecue, terrace, balcony. The space An independent part of the house is yours. No need to share anything with anybody except your friends. No receptionist, no room service, no breakfast. You are on your own. WIFI is free. It is perfect for multi generation families "oma", "opa" , children and grandchildren or a group of mountain bikers or kiters or your and your brother's/sister's family or your family and your friends family or some heavy drinker team or a "womens only" ski vacation just use your immagination. Guest access A completely independent part of the house is available to guests. Other things to note A tourist tax of 3 EUR per night you need to pay for each person older than 15 years. Please pay this on site in cash.
