Villa Riccio - Charming House in Ericeira

Villa Riccio is a luxurious 4-bedroom Villa located in the best private condominium in Ericeira - Aldeamento Moinhos do Mar, which has a private garden of more than 200 m2 from where the stunning sea view will help you relax and recover your energy, and with two wonderful outdoor terraces. Riccio was inspired by the first name of the village of Ericeira, which was once called "Ouriceira" due to the abundance of sea urchins that existed along all its wonderful beaches. The space First of all, Villa Riccio welcomes you! Villa Riccio is located in one of the highest areas of the Moinhos do Mar Village, which gives it unique views and tranquility. Its west-facing orientation also gives you the possibility to enjoy an unparalleled sunset, marked by passionate and stunning colors. Inside the Villa: On the ground floor you will find the guest toilet, the kitchen, the living room, a suite and the "Laser Bug" room, which is the only room where you will not find a double bed, although it can accommodate 3 people. The stairs to the first floor lead you to the "Captain" and "Cabinet" rooms, and the first-floor bathroom also offers you the possibility of taking a double shower with a breathtaking view over the beaches of Ericeira. Villa Riccio's spacious living room, with its huge windows overlooking the garden, offers you the comfort you need to rest and make the most of your days off, whether they are the sunny days of Ericeira's winter or the bright summer days! It has a fireplace with a heat recuperator, which in addition to heating the room, also heats the entrance hall of the house and the "Camarote" room, and has a very large and pleasant dining area. The TV in the living room has cable channels, and Villa Riccio is equipped with a Wi-Fi network (the password is properly identified inside the room). The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the necessary equipment for preparing the most varied meals. Both bathrooms in Villa Riccio have a shower, countertops with two sinks, a socket for a hairdryer or other electrical appliances, but only the bathroom in the suite has a bidet. The Suite, “Captain” and “Camarote” rooms have closets where you can store your clothes, and in the “Laser Bug” room you will find a cube cabinet with boxes where you can also store some clothes. Outside the Villa: In the summer period (from May to the end of September), the outdoor terrace of Villa Riccio is equipped with an outdoor dining table and two large sun hats. You can also find two garden poufs and two sun loungers, in addition to the outdoor furniture, which will allow you to enjoy the garden and sunbathing. The rental includes towels and bed linen, which, only in the case of fortnightly rentals, are fully replaced at the end of the first week of your stay. Guest access It is possible to park, without constraints, in the park on the street of Villa Riccio. Other things to note Villa Riccio is supplied by gas (kitchen and bathrooms), and there are always two cylinders in the gas shelter located outside the Villa. If during your stay a cylinder runs out, please inform me immediately so that I can arrange for the empty cylinder to be replaced as quickly as possible. Please note that since 2019, a tourist tax has been charged in Ericeira. The tourist tax has a unit value of €2.40 in high season and €1.20 in low season. High Season: May 1st to October 31st Low Season: November 1 to April 30 Fee applied per night and per guest from the age of 12, up to a limit of 7 nights. This amount is not included in the price of your stay, so it must be paid at check-in, in cash. Towels and bed linens are included in the price of your stay.
