caravan on edge of farmyard

nice clean and tidy caravan nestled away on the edge of our farmyard, with trees on one side, set in the beautiful country area of bala. ideal for country lovers, walking, fishing , boating, wind surfing , white water rafting, all close by, The space Our caravan is available all year, all bedding and towels are included in our price, gas and electric is also included, so no unforseen extras to pay, in our caravan we have a tv / dvd, radio, a fan for really hot days, a heater in the living area , and additional heating in bedrooms, toaster, microwave, wi-fi on request all the usual things you would expect in a home away from home, we have 3 bedrooms in our caravan, the main bedroom has a small caravan sized double, the other 2 bedrooms have 2 caravan sized single beds in each, but in one they can be pushed together to make a small double also, there is a caravan bathroom with a sit down bath / shower, most people will use the shower, also a toilet and sink in the bathroom, we do allow well behaved cat and dog friendly pets to stay in our caravan, Guest access while on our none working farm, you are more than welcome to potter about the place, there is space outside for sunny days eating out, many guests have a little bonfire at night, or cook food outside, there is an outside eating space with chairs and table,
