Modern flat w/ensuite bathroom and kitchenette

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region. LGBT-friendly The space The bedroom has a large bed with a view over Lake Constance. Pillows with different degrees of hardness are available. A large bedspread is available as standard. If separate bedspreads are requested, two freshly upholstered blankets are also ready for you. The second room is the library. Books are available in German and English. At the table you can work, enjoy tea or coffee. The large leather sofa invites you to relax. Guest access In the garden you can enjoy the view over the lake and the fresh air. You can also use the gas grill for a BBQ (April - September). Other things to note COVID-19: We have always attached great importance to cleanliness. Due to the current situation we additionally disinfect the accommodation with a disinfection spray which was developed for medical and industrial purposes. This way all surfaces and the sanitary facilities are treated. Furthermore, there are at least 24 hours between the stays of different guests to increase the security for our guests.
