Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region. The space The bedroom has a large bed with a view over Lake Constance. Pillows with different degrees of hardness are available. A large bedspread is available as standard. If separate bedspreads are requested, two freshly upholstered blankets are also ready for you. The second room is the library. Books are available in German and English. At the table you can work, enjoy tea or coffee. The large leather sofa invites you to relax. Guest access The bathroom includes a sink, a toilet, and a rain shower. There are also plenty of bath towels and toiletries available. If you’ve forgotten your toothbrush or razor, disposable options are provided. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave with a grill function, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a kettle. You can choose from a variety of coffee and tea blends. Basic dishes and cutlery are also provided if you’d like to heat your food in the microwave. You can control the heating for each of the two rooms individually using thermostats. The underfloor heating provides a soothing warmth. You can enjoy the view of the lake and the fresh air while sitting at the table in the garden.
