Also on the ground floor, in addition to the entrance and hallway from where the stairs lead to the first floor, is the kitchen equipped with appliances, pots and pans. On the first floor there is a large bathroom complete with toilet and shower and a double bedroom. the continuation of the flight of stairs leads to the mezzanine where two bunk beds are available. All the rooms have a window and the house is equipped with a heating system with boiler (Immergas) and radiators. To get to the house, which is located at the top of the village, we will have to walk for 5 minutes, leaving the car in the parking lot of the municipality at about 350 meters. Walking through the streets of the town and climbing on the ancient stone steps we will arrive at "Poggio delle Farfalle" where we will enjoy a fantastic view that is worth the effort of the walk from the parking lot to the house. You can organize yourself to go to the sea on the beaches of Versilia or to Pisa , Lucca, Florence or the 5 terre, Pietrasanta, or go trekking in the area where there are many paths in the chestnut woods and reach panoramic points and mountain peaks.
