This is a very large villa, with plenty of space for large families. You are surrounded by the tranquility & lovely views of the mountains. Located 5-8 minutes drive from the beach in Fuengirola, or the beautiful town of Mijas Pueblo, this is the perfect place for a wonderful vacation! The space At over 380m2, this is a design-led property with gallery hallway and full-height atrium style ceilings. The private pool has a pool bar and outdoor kitchen. The large kitchen with open-plan dining area, is perfect for socialising. There are 4 bedrooms, plus a double sofa bed in the cinema, and an additional single bed is available upon request. UPPER LEVEL: The master suite is on the upper floor with a 4-poster bed (emperor size 2m x 2m), large bathroom with shower & separate bath and dressing area. The large private balcony has sea views down to Fuengirola, and mountain views up towards Mijas Pueblo. MIDDLE LEVEL: The floor below is where you enter the house. It has an open flow, containing one living room, the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an Italian coffee machine (coffee and also tea is provided for your stay) On this level there is also another bathroom with a bath tub, & 2 bedrooms - 1 with double bed and 1 with a single bed plus a low rise bunk-bed (kids only on the top bunk up to 45kg). There is a large terrace, with peaceful views of the mountain and a large outdoor dining area and a stone barbacoa. LOWER LEVEL There is a family/games room with TV, another bedroom with King-size bed, a modern bathroom with shower, a separate laundry room and the home-cinema. The cinema room has a large sofa which can be converted to a double bed, if required. The 78" cinema TV is fantastic for movie nights - and you can easily login to your account to watch Disney+, Netflix, YouTube, Prime etc. This level also has an additional large terrace, the length of the house, leading down to the garden, with a pool table. It has views of the mountain and the pool/garden. There is also a trampoline. The garden is behind the villa, with sun loungers, a fabulous pool and views. Towels for the pool are provided as well as pool toys/inflatables. Next to the pool is a modern bathroom and you can enjoy the outdoor kitchen and bar including wine fridge and a outdoor grill, which is ideal for socialising and making the most of the pool area. Within 5-8mins mins drive you are at the beach in Fuengirola, or in Mijas pueblo. Both have many restaurants and activities. Note: the garden/pool is accessed down some steps. Also there is a gate at the top which can be locked. So if you are travelling with young children and want all the terrace doors open, you won't need to worry about them getting access to the pool. This is the perfect place for extended or family groups, as the spacious layout means everyone has their own space. We look forward to welcoming you and creating a wonderful stay. Other things to note There are 3 bathrooms in the villa itself and 1 more by the pool/garden. No smoking and no pets. The pool bar/kitchen must be kept clean and all food disposed of every night to avoid ants/pests. Drinks seen in the photos are for illustration :) We provide the bar with a starter set of wine, beer, soft drinks and Cava (not replenished once used) Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from hen-do/bachelorette parties, groups age under 25, or from male-only groups, of any age. (This is due to disappointing hosting experiences with groups in the past) Thanks for your understanding. If you are more than 8 guests, then the sofa bed in the cinema room will be made up as an interior bedroom. The 11th bed is an additional single bed with a proper mattress, and it can be moved into whichever room you choose. All guests age 14+ must provide their national ID at check in, as per Spanish law (decree 28/2016) There are a couple of restaurants/a bar in walking distance. Ubers and taxis are easy and inexpebsive, but we do recommend a car to go shopping/make the most of the area. Thanks!
