The out side pool is NOT heated pool. We move the BBQ grill and patio set into the inside of house from the terrace to prevent items be blown away and broken due to typhoon. BBQ area, outside jacuzzi and pool are NOT allowed to use from 9pm to 7am next morning for neighbor. Fireworks are not allowed in the villa. NO shoes in the villa. Only checked-in guests are allowed inside the villa. NO pets allowed. Lost key penalty : JPY 50,000 for each. Gueste are NOT allowed to do early check-in and late check-out. All guests have to submit guest's information (Name, home address, occupation and passport） Heavy furniture inside the facility, such as beds, tables, and sofas, must NOT be moved. (This is because guests moving furniture on their own have caused damage, such as breaking furniture legs.)
