An airy and spacious oasis hidden on a quiet cobblestone street in the middle of Rome's historic center, right outside of Piazza Venezia. Centrally located, it is walking distance to all of Rome's historic monuments, sites, and most noteworthy piazzas. The apartment is located on a residential side street away from noise, crowds, and traffic. It is a light-filled escape to rest after a day of sightseeing thanks to its sweeping windows and gracious high ceilings. The space This spacious (180 sq m) and tastefully furnished apartment was recently renovated and comes fully serviced with all the amenities in a strategic central location. Characteristically charming and curated with our guests’ comfort in mind. It is located on the ground floor of a historic Roman palazzo on a beautiful cobblestone street and has a total of two floors with floor to ceiling windows, lots of light, and lots of space for relaxing. The apartment has a private independent street level entrance. There is a comfortable foyer at the entrance where you can hang your coats and leave your shoes among other items. The foyer opens up to the living room which features 3 sofas, 2 armchairs, a flatscreen TV ( with Netflix) with DVD player, and large windows with views of beautiful historic Roman buildings all around. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are comfortably located by each other thanks to a modern open floor plan. Some of the amenities of the kitchen include a dishwasher, microwave, and dining table with chairs. On this floor, you will also find one of the bedrooms with a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and washing machine. The upper level features another bedroom with a double bed (that can be separated into two single beds if needed) The bathroom with a shower is just located infront of it. A third bedroom with a double bed, and an additional lounge living area that has a comfortable sofa which can open into a double bed. Note : the 3rd bedroom doesn't have it's own bathroom. The two levels are accessible via two separate marble architecturally unique staircases. The apartment is equipped with A/C, Wi-Fi, Lock Safe, video games, table games, independent entrance with a foyer for added privacy, and a baby cot can be made available upon request. The property’s excellent location will allow you to reach all of the Eternal City’s main places of interest on foot. The district is also well-connected via the Colosseo metro stop (line B). The immediate surrounding area is full of shops, bars, cafes, and authentic restaurants where you can sample some real Roman dishes. Guest access The entire apartment with independent entrance is designated exclusively for our guests' stay and privacy. Other things to note Important: The area is located in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). It means that private cars are not allowed to enter from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For check-ins between 9 p.m. and 11:59 p.m., we consider it a late check-in and there is an extra fee that you have to pay in cash upon your arrival for €30. For check-ins from midnight onwards, the fee is €50. Note: As per Italian law, guests are required to present their passports upon arrival Notes: Valid ID for EU residents Important: the area is located in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone).
