I rent my home only when I travel. I am an expat artist/photographer living in Hong Kong since 2011. My apartment is huge (800 sq feet ) for HK standards, a rare find for a space this big in HK. Has 4 rooms but one room is locked and reserved for my belongings .If you want to experience true HK style local lving, this can be the place for you. It is a very safe and comfortable flat with lots of light in every room. There is also a shared rooftop on the 10th floor. No lift.7 floor walkup. The space Please keep in mind, my flat is on the 7th floor and there is no lift! It is a good exercise though :) It is an old building/apartment so please do not expect hotel like accommodations and brand new furniture. The Apartment is comfortable , cosy , spacey and receives a lot of light during the day, although it may get dusted quickly because it is an old building. So if you are very picky with tip-top cleanliness, maybe this apartment is not really for you. The drainage in the bathtub is also little slow but it drains. Location is only 2 minute walk from the Prince Edward Metro Station. Entrance to the apartment is private and there is no other flat adjacent to it. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area, there is infact a very cool cafe just downstairs. Prince Edward is a very hip area with many street art, cafes and cool shops, and art galleries. There is air-con in 2 bedrooms. Living Room only has a fan. Guest access You will have the whole apartment for yourself , except one room is locked for my belongings to clear up space for the guests. Other things to note 2 Bedrooms both have air conditioning and comfortable sleeping standards. The Air Condition in the living room is not working but conditioning from the other rooms can keep it cool. Living room has a fan
