We welcome you all for the stay at our house owned by Professionals: Abhijit Sawant Architect and Tanuja Sawant Legal Advisor. EDEN HILLS is a gated community development on a hill top built by a Mumbai based firm and marketed by Soft Corner. The property is around 40 Acres with my land around 3800Sft and house around 1200 sft. The property is 3 kms from the Kalyan-Ahmednagar State Highway. The space The house is artistically designed with art and artefacts from across India. Accomodation for around 15 people and houses a long living dining space with counter for dining and/or having a drink. The Open Bed forms part of the living space but segregated for being away from the party. The common washroom has access from the Open Bed area. The small bedroom [air conditioned] adjoining the open bedroom and shares the common washroom The master bedroom [air conditioned] + attached open to sky washroom and private courtyard is an experience that you will love to enjoy being it having tea in the morning or a drink in the evening in the courtyard. The tropical style open bathrooms frees and relaxes your mind and body. The House has three areas : 1.Frontyard having the beautiful view of the Malshej ghats mountains 2.Bedroom Courtyard for beautiful mornings and fascinating evening under the sky in private. 3.Backyard is non accessible to guests for security reasons. The house is fully equipped with good sitting areas , kitchen , fridge , microwave, dining plates etc, bar unit , water purifier and barbeque set. FOOD : The Guests can order food Veg / Non Veg from the Property Caretaker at Rs.125 Veg Thali and Rs. 175 Non Veg Thali enjoying the local flavor and cuisine. Breakfast Poha / Upma at Rs 30 per plate is also available. The Guests should bring their own Snacks + Drinks + ready to cook items +oil+salt. Medicines as the nearest village is 5 kms away. Gas + Cooking Utensils + Plates shall be provided Any special requirements shall be checked 7 days prior to check in Guest access CLUBHOUSE : The Clubhouse is common for all and has a good clean swimming pool with indoor games facility. Pool table , Carrom , Table Tennis, Mini Table Desk Football. A dining facility for around 20 guests can also be availed. The guests shall be responsible for use of swimming pool. The Clubhouse can be used from 9 am to 7 pm. Guest fees is Rs.100 per guest for use of swimming pool and games. No charges otherwise. Other things to note The Guests may please note that due to heavy rains there might be electricity problems for sometime. However emergency lighting is provided in living + bedrooms + bathroom vide the Inverter. The Guests cannot access the backyard for security reasons. Mobile connectivity is only JIO NETWORK
