Easy parking off street. Owners live on site and are available most of the time. A key safe is in place if needed. 3 restaurants within 5 minutes walk as is the West beach. Moray Golf Club's 2 courses just a 4 minute walk and visiting golfers are welcome although sometimes it takes a bit longer to get home🍷 The space Guests have the full use of this ground floor flat with doors opening onto a large decked area. A modern open plan living area is well lit and comfortable. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the flat. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property and that includes in our garden.
