The space Our bay is protected on three sides, making the sea feel like a giant clear, calm swimming pool — something truly unique on the island. This is a new house with large rooms and generous indoor and outdoor living areas. At over 200 sqm, it offers far more space than most apartments in this price range, which are often small and cramped. In just five seconds, you are in the water. It feels almost like staying on a boat, with incredible views and a real sense of adventure. Although the house is in a pristine village surrounded by a vast pine forest, it has electricity and all modern amenities. There is also parking for a small car just next to the house, directly above the water. Guest access Our access driveway is narrow so if you have a large car, we advise parking at top of the hill and walk down (2 minutes). Other things to note The island is exceptionally safe and benefits from having three hospitals, something many smaller islands simply do not have. Fresh markets can be found throughout the island's towns, offering locally caught fish, organic vegetables, seasonal fruit, and other regional specialties.
