Large cross-cutting room with private bathroom in large typical house, completely renovated on 4 levels and small outdoor tree. Located in the center of Roubaix (Eurotéléport), its factory stores and cultural sites (La Piscine Museum, La Condition Publique) The house has 4 bedrooms. Jacqueline ensures the general maintenance of the house and ensures that you have a well-maintained place, assuming an effort by everyone on a daily basis, especially in shared spaces. The space The kitchen is open access, the fridge is available to all tenants. It also has a microwave for those in a hurry! The cabinets are well stocked to meet the simplest needs or the most discerning cooks. Small tree-lined courtyard very pleasant in summer, and perfect for smokers (non-smoking accommodation ;-)) Guest access The house is generally shared. The bedrooms are personal and the bathrooms are private or shared depending on the bedrooms The entire ground floor is shared: kitchen, dining area, reading area, living room, dining room and the small courtyard... One bedroom on the first floor is inaccessible (private business). NB: for any stay longer than 15 days, Jacqueline will spend once a week in each room simply to check that everything is ok (general maintenance, no problem related to heating (leakage), etc.) During your stay As of September 1, 2019, I will be in Strasbourg and therefore rarely at home. I will guide you remotely and remain reachable via WhatsApp. Jacqueline will take care of the house and do the check-ins/check-outs. NB: for stays longer than 15 days, Jacqueline will spend once a week in the room simply to check that everything is ok (general maintenance, no problem related to heating (leak), etc.)
