Lime Green Cottage on the Bon Secour River!

The cottage is about 10 miles from the beach. Waterville, The track, golfing,restaurants, etc... are between the cottage and the beach. The cottage is very convenient to lots of attractions like OWA Amusement Park, Tangerine Outlets, The Factory Trampoline park, Gulf Shores Sports Complex, etc... I’m sorry to say but there is NO Wifi or cable tv Orange Beach is about 15 miles from the cottage... I have 2 of these cottages they are side by side check it out at airbnb.com/h/turqcottage The space The decor is bright and airy with plenty of room in the living area complete with a 55” T.V. There is NO Wifi or cable all you have is local stations. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, utensils, pots and pans, mixer, regular coffee pot and filters everything you’ll need to complete a meal except groceries 😊 The bath has a generous 4’ shower, 5 towels and wash clothes. Full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and there’s a twin bed in the loft overlooking the living area. Queen sofa sleeper that I’ve put a 2” memory foam topper on the mattress. You have full access to a vacant lot (community lot) on the left side of the coral house across the road that joins the river. Please do not go on any piers or boardwalks they are ALL private:) There is a free boat launch about 5 miles from the cottage at the end of County rd 10 at Aquillas seafood market you can launch your boat and bring it back around and park on this lot if you’d like. Park your boat trailer behind the cottage. Give me a call six zero one five zero eight two three one three Guest access The cottage sits on a spacious lot with plenty of parking it has a front porch for sitting and enjoying the scenery with that cup of coffee😊 Other things to note This is a quiet serene little neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the beach but close enough to enjoy the beach. Everything you’ll want to do is very convenient to these cottages. Most of the entertainment and activities are between the cottage and the beach😊 Ask me about monthly stays from August through February
