Cottage in Mead

Kick back and relax in this fully remodeled calm, stylish space. Just minutes from Lake Texoma, Located in Willow Springs Mead Oklahoma. Upstream Cottage is a cozy little 2 bedroom, one bath with all the amenities. The space Guests can use entire house, awning and yard. Upstream cottage is a no smoking of any kind rental. A $200.00 charge will be added to your stay if a hint of smoke is present. Thank you for understanding, we want all guest to have the best experience possible. Guest access Access code will be given to enter the property 3 hour before check in. A lock box is located on the back porch where you will enter your code for keys to the property. Other things to note Guest will need to wash all dishes used during their stay. Turn the temperature to 76 during summer and 70 during the winter The property is on a septic system so please do not put thing into the toilet that could potentially stop it up. The cost for this will be charged to the customer. Thank you
