In a village located on the Burgundy Canal and surrounded by a beautiful landscape, this beautiful, bright and spacious artist's house overlooks a green space and a beautiful sunny courtyard. In this old farm, Cécile's paintings and sculptures are exhibited. An original place, tastefully and sympathetically restored. Handicap Access. The space This house is located in the middle of a traditional Burgundian village along the Burgundy canal; its garden overlooks the bocages, the neighboring forest and the green hills of the Auxois where friendly Charolais cows graze. Guest access You will have access to the entire ground floor of the house as well as the entire courtyard and garden. If there are more than 2 people, we open access to more rooms. Other things to note Dogs and/or cats are welcome. We simply hold you responsible for them and any damage they may cause. Smoking inside is prohibited. The Burgundy Canal passes at the bottom of the village. The walks are very pretty along the canal. Bike rental possible in Pont-Royal. Relax and enjoy this pleasant setting. There is a barbecue.
