Other things to note - Submit/scanned passport or any Government Issued ID before check-in to facilitate an easy check-in process for you. - Since we are not a hotel, our building doesn’t have concierge to leave things or luggages before or after check-in. - Pay Parking space is available Upon request and for checking of availability with a fee of 350 pesos/night, slots are first-to-pay basis - We ask for your cooperation to please do your share in saving the environment by turning off the lights and AC when you leave the unit - cleaning fee applies before your check-in, we are not accepting cleaning services as we give privacy to our guest and for security reasons - one time set-up for toiletries, linens and towels - additional cost of P350 after four (4) guests for utilities, towel & toiletries - Please note also that WET BODY from swimming pool is not allowed at the elevator, the admin will apply such PENALTY of ₱3000. However, shower area and changing room are available near the pool area. For uninterrupted watching, please feel free to use your own Netflix account. - Convenience store is located at the Basement 1 - maintain our place clean and in good condition - strictly no smoking at all area of the building and inside the unit Penalty: ₽3000 - Please dispose your garbage in basement 4 located near Parking Slot 4142. For our guest staying for 1night only they are allowed to leave their garbage inside the unit as long as it is arranged and packed. - Please segregate your garbage accordingly and don't leave your trash anywhere at the premises to maintain the cleanliness of the building.
