The Small Window

Description

Nestled in a small village of Auxois not far from the A6 highway, 45 minutes from Dijon, Beaune, Montbard, Autun, this cottage is an ideal base for exploring Burgundy. It will make you travel back in time with the enigmatic guardian who watches over his small window… It will also offer you a bath of greenery in its large wild garden where you will have plenty of time to walk around to observe nature, rest, meditate or read. The space The originality of this small house is an authentic Gallo-Roman stele reused in a niche. Recently renovated and decorated, the accommodation consists of, on the ground floor, a living room with sitting area and kitchen area, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet, and, in the attic converted into a mezzanine, a bedroom with double bed and office-library area. Heating by wood-burning stove. For more details, see the photo captions! Other things to note From January to April, heating supplement 5 euro/night.
