House on the Lane-Rural Studio Apartment

We invite you to spend a quiet, restful evening in our updated studio apartment, situated in the heart of Ohio's commercial agriculture. The studio has easy access to Cedarville, Springfield, London and the Ohio Erie bike path. Needing a place to lay your head or unwind from the busyness of life? We welcome you to the sights, sounds, smells, and rhythms of rural country living where you can enjoy the night sky, and peaceful songbirds. Pets are welcome with an enclosed backyard. The space The House on the Lane is a duplex with 2 separate apartments open to separate guests.Our Studio apartment is an open concept living space with expansive country views. A private entrance through the garage provides easy access to the fully renovated studio. A pet friendly, securely fenced yard is easily entered through the attached three season room. The new kitchenette provides for light cooking. Choose to sleep on the queen sleep number bed or on one of the traditional beds in the bedroom. The European water closet pairs nicely with the new basement shower which is clean, spacious, private and a little "campy". Guest access Guests have 24 hr access to the garage entrance, studio apartment, basement, three season room, fenced play yard and long lane/driveway. ** farm buildings and fields are in commercial use and access is restricted. Contact Standing Oaks Enterprises for permissions. Other things to note The House on the Lane is a duplex with private entrances. Guests stay on both sides. Children and pets are welcome. (pets only in Studio Apt.) WEATHER: this is a rural location. Though the gravel lane is maintained for 24 hour access, severe weather can create temporary challenges. Standing Oaks Enterprises staff will assisted guest in this event. The Studio and commercial buildings are protected by a backup generator. Internet service is adequate but band width can be limited.
