The whole building faces south. The two workshops together form a kind of loft. They also offer, from the inside, a direct view of the garden and the immense plains. The living room (ground floor) includes an open-plan kitchen, dining area, fireplace stove and in the back area, a French double bed and a separate shower and separate toilet. Upstairs is a large room with a large double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa, separate toilet and a clawfoot bathtub with views of the landscape.
