Loft in a villa with private garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi // Arriving in Saint-Just, a hamlet of Fain-lès-Moutiers, a striking panorama of the Burgundian landscape gives you the feeling of dominating everything. Over more than 30 km, the gaze travels over meadows, forests, farms and monasteries. To the west, there is the Morvan Natural Park and to the south, you will discover the small medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois and a little further, Beaune. The space Today, this place on the hill where the hamlet of Saint-Just is perched, in the most absolute calm, is intended for rest and contemplation in the heart of an idyllic countryside. The whole building faces south. The two workshops together form a kind of loft. They also offer, from the inside, a direct view of the garden and the immense plains. The living room (ground floor) includes an open-plan kitchen, dining area, fireplace stove and in the back area, a French double bed and a separate shower and separate toilet. Upstairs is a large room with a large double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa, separate toilet and a clawfoot bathtub with views of the landscape. (3) At the end of the stay, the lessee must vacate the premises and return the keys to the landlord or their agent. Check-ins start at 4 pm, checkouts are no later than 12:00 p.m. (3) If the lessee decides to interrupt his stay early, for any reason whatsoever, they will be obliged to pay the full amount of the rental. (4) Any cancellation notice must be in writing. The cancellation date is the date on which the landlord receives the document. § 4 Responsibilities of the lessee (1) The rental relates to a furnished property also including accessories that must be care must be taken.
