“Magnolia” Holiday ECO-Apartment Gordola

The building recently underwent an eco-friendly renovation : hot water and heating are generated by a heat pump. Electricity is supplied by the photovoltaic panels installed on the roof. This nice, comfortable, spacious (about 60 m²) and tastefully furnished apartment is at the ground floor of a two-family house located on the road leading into the stunning Valle Verzasca. The large terrace allows you to take advantage of the long summer evenings immersed in nature and tranquility. The space The apartment is ideal for couples and families and can accommodate up to 4 adults (+ 1 small child). It has a spacious and very bright room with a large window, a double bed and a large wardrobe. Additionally, two standard-sized single beds are present in the living room. A bed for small children is also available (dimensions 60 x 120 cm, weight max 15 kg). A new, large equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, type Nespresso capsule coffee machine, teapot and Washing machine). The living room hosts a big table, a sitting area with sofa, television and Bluetooth speaker. There is one bathroom with toilet and shower. The large and bright terrace is made of stones typical of the region and features table, chairs and parasol. A charcoal grill is also available. Guest access The entire apartment is reserved for the guest. For reservations up to 2 people, only the double bed will be available. Please indicate if you require 1 extra single bed.
