The space Single-storey house, classified 3 stars in the category of furnished tourist accommodation, fully tiled, composed of a large living room with open kitchen area, 4 bedrooms including 2 for couples and 2 with 2 90 cm beds each (4 folding beds provided for additional people). Equipment consisting of a TV/DTT with DVD player, a kitchen equipped with a variety of dishes (large number), coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven, fridge/freezer, small additional freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, steam iron, umbrella bed, baby chair, 1 bathroom with bathtub, integrated shower, Italian shower, bidet and toilet in this bathroom, a 2nd bathroom with shower cabin and sink, 1 separate toilet. Outside: 1 large covered terrace of 10 m x 4 m with large table and chairs for 12 people, 1 barbecue, 1 gas plancha. 2 other small covered terraces each with 1 table and 2 metal chairs, folding. 1 swimming pool of 8 m x 4 m heated in July and August with roller blind for protection and safety in the standards. Guest access A large wooded area of 1500 m2 around the gîte (facilitating the parking of vehicles in the shade in summer) with the fenced swimming pool at the back in a discreet space, access to the vegetable garden in summer to enjoy the vegetables grown by the host! Other things to note No smoking allowed, but pets are welcome at no extra charge! Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement for all lengths of stay. It will be transmitted by internet and must be returned signed in original with a Civil Liability certificate specifying the rented place and the period. Possibility to rent exceptionally in high season for a period of less than 8 nights with the agreement of the owner.
