Ranch style home built in 1965. Two bedrms avail. One 15ft by 12 ft with queen bd. One 12ft by 17 ft has a dble bed .Private bath across hall. Rt 79 is 2 mi. Edinboro 4 miles and Erie 18 miles. Rural setting with over 12 acres of woods behind house. Perfect for visiting college students or attending events at the University. Great for just relaxing in the country, hiking, walks or bicycle rides.. Green fields surround the house and the views are beautiful. Security alarm system. The space Lovely rural setting. Guest access First bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress. Second bedroom available for 3rd or 4th guest has a 4 poster double bed. During your stay This is my private home so I will be on premises and give aid as necessary. Other things to note Beautiful wild flowers spring, summer and fall. Deer,wild turkey and many birds to view from the dining area window.
