Kyoto city tax is not included in your payment. ※ Regarding Lost & Found Items Perishable food items will be discarded on the same day for hygiene reasons. Other forgotten items can be shipped cash on delivery (COD) within Japan only. All unclaimed items will be disposed of one week after your stay. ⸻ 【Disposal of Suitcases and Large Items】 Our guesthouse is unable to dispose of large items such as suitcases. If disposal is necessary, it must be arranged through a professional service, and additional disposal fees will apply. Therefore, as a general rule, we do not accept requests to dispose of such items on behalf of guests. If you absolutely need to dispose of a suitcase or large item, please contact us in advance. In such cases, a disposal fee of 4,400 yen per suitcase will be charged. Please do not leave any items at the property without prior notice. If a suitcase is left behind without prior notification, you will be required to retrieve it yourself as a general rule. If retrieval is not possible, we will charge the disposal fee via Airbnb.
