Quiet accommodation for 2 people, 4 km from the sea

It is a nice and functional studio with bathroom and kitchen, attached to our house but completely independent. The room is on the mezzanine and the living room area is a cozy place for meals and relaxation. The whole is bright and well ventilated with its two skylights. The environment is pleasant, green and relaxing. It has the advantage of being close to all amenities with the lively village of Ploemeur 800 m away and at the foot of natural areas: forest, ponds, and seaside. The space Located in a quiet and pleasant area, the accommodation is upstairs from our traditional house, accessible by an independent entrance and staircase through the pretty garden. An outdoor space is reserved for you to enjoy. The double bed in the mezzanine is very comfortably, but it is reached by a steep staircase and can be hot in summer season. The small living room is a cozy place to eat or relax after a day of sightseeing. Linens and towels are provided. The whole is bright and well ventilated thanks to 2 skylights. The kitchen is equipped with basic products, salt, pepper, coffee, oil, vinegar, sugar and tea towels are provided. The neighborhood is very nice and will be an opportunity for athletes and nature lovers to find the Ter forest and ponds at the foot of the house. Guest access Independent access through the garden, at the back of the house. We will be happy to host you if our schedules allow, otherwise we will suggest that you collect the keys from the key box. Other things to note The stairs are worth noting: a first to access the accommodation, a second to access the night area. There is no reserved parking space but we manage to park on the street.
