The space The apartment is located in a unique historical house in the very center of the capital, 2 minutes from the monument to Pushkin. On the one hand, it is in the very center of the capital, on the other hand, it is very quiet, it is nice to return for a rest after an active day. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant in the next entrance where you can spend a romantic evening. On the other side there is a cafe. The undoubted advantage is the possibility to park the car in the courtyard of the house. The room has air conditioning! And, of course, a warm welcome from the hosts - we have taken care of every little thing for you to make you feel comfortable and convenient when you visit us! Guest access Guests have access to a double sofa bed (160x200 cm) and a double sofa bed (155x185 cm), an extra bed is available - an inflatable mattress. A set of bed linen, 3 towels, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, stove with oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, free tea, capsule coffee machine (capsules are preferably brought with you). The room has air conditioning and a fan. Other things to note There is no garbage chute in the house, so the garbage is taken out to the containers on the street. The elevator goes up to the 6th floor, then one floor - to the 7th - on foot.
