Private pool, mountain view, 6km to beach

2 small beautiful studios/loft that are rented together. They are perfect for two couples, friends or family with older kids. Not really suitable for 6 adults. They share a beautiful patio with a dining table, barbecue, pizza oven and lovely lounge area. Cook, relax or just enjoy the shade under the pergola. If you are a very large family or group of friends, you can also rent the separate bedrooms with private bathrooms in the main house. (these are not rented out separately The space Gaia is a beautiful fully equipped studio with 53m2 (570.5 ft2) of space. It has two very high standard sofa beds that each have a thick mattress, making them just as comfortable as regular beds. These can be laid out separately or as a giant family bed of 2,80 m (9.2 feet). The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. In case you miss something, please let me know and I will try to acquire it. The house also has a large dining area and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is semi-private* access to the beautiful outdoor area with a pizza oven, barbecue, dining set, and lounge area. You can light candles in the fire place, which no longer holds actual fires. The second house, Luna is our romantic, smaller studio of 27m2 (290.5 ft2), with everything you need for a few days away. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a big refrigerator/freezer, stove, and microwave with grill. The house has a comfortable double bed (1,60m). Finca La Gunilla is a quiet oasis close to everything. The perfect place to live, read, rest, enjoy the pool, nature, breathe and refuel energy under the starry sky. Guest access Private access to the outdoor area with barbecue, pizza oven, relax area etc. as well as the big pool and big garden. Other things to note Dogs upon request and 12 euro/dog. We have three big adopted dog but if you are afraid of dogs we will try to make sure they stay at the other part of the property. we also have 3 cats, 8 hens that run free and 3 horses! You might hear a dog barking (although they usually only barks occasionally to protect ) and horses neig in the distance! 😍 No smoking inside the houses.
