The space The kitchen/living area has a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed (140cm), table & chairs for 5 people which opens up to the outside (20m2) terrace and garden area (25m2). The space Ground floor: living room (sofa bed), open kitchen, plus a freshly renovated bathroom. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed with bunk beds on the landing area. Guest access The villa will be exclusively for the guests who have booked and can only be booked as a whole villa. Parking is directly infront of the property. The neighbourhood is a short walk to the beach. The Bourdaines beach cabane is a 5 min walk from the property. Otherwise all other bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, supermarket etc are within a 3 minute drive away. The famous Seignosse golf course is approx 1 km away. There are plenty of cycle paths around the area and it is easy to get between the different towns. Other things to note The closest restaurants and bars are on Bourdaines beach - (Le Couleur Beach cabane & Le Social). The nearest shop / bakery is located 500m away on the Natureo caravan site. Further up the road is Le Penon, which has a wide range of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The closest skate park is at Le Penon Beach, with the larger skate park in Capbreton (15 minute drive away). The beautiful Lac Hossegor is a 5 minute bike ride away from the house, here you will find a cluster of oyster and rose bars.
