La Marronelle is located in the heart of La Baule, 2 steps from the forest and its fitness trail, and a 20-minute walk from the beach. In a residential area, peace and quiet are guaranteed and parking facilities are available. On foot or by bike, shops, train station and restaurants are nearby, as are walking and cycling routes (Vélovéan). For your convenience, we provide bed sheets, towels and the beds will be made. No pets allowed. The space With its pergola and wooden terrace (south-facing) you can have lunch from the first rays of the sun or bask on the sunbeds available. You can also use the plancha and grill your market products, (In La Baule the market is open every day) Some basic cooking products and hygiene products are in the accommodation equipment. To ensure that the holidays start from the first minutes, we provide you with sheets and towels, and your beds will be ready to ensure a complete rest. If you come with your bikes to discover the many amenities on La Baule and on the Guérande peninsula, you can store them in the courtyard that is entirely reserved for you. This space is perfectly enclosed for the safety of your young children.
