The space Beautiful cozy approx. 70 m² semi-detached house on two floors with separate entrance. Whether you are a craftsman, on a business trip or just want to spend a few days in the beautiful Ruhr area. With us you will feel at home. The newly renovated semi-detached house can accommodate 1-4 people. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds each, which can be can be converted into 4 single beds. The beds are high-quality hotel beds. Please understand that if you arrive as an individual or couple, we will only provide you with one bedroom. The other one then simply remains free and the bed unmade. (But if you as a couple can't stay in one room, we'll find a solution ;-)). Both bedrooms have satellite TV, a dresser and a closet with mirror. On the first floor is a sofa, which can also be used as a sleeping accommodation. Because it cannot compete with our hotel beds, of course, we see it at most as an “emergency bed.” In the living area you will find a table where you can comfortably dine with up to 6 people. If you are on a business trip and still want to work in the evening, it is of course also suitable as a work table. And with our Telekom 50VDSL Wi-Fi line, you are well equipped. In front of the 50-inch TV, you can relax comfortably on the sofa. Our kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils you need for cooking. In case something is missing, we will gladly help you out with our things. ;-). If you don't feel like cooking, we have a few brochures from our tried and tested food suppliers for you. And of course, a few addresses where you can eat well. The most important spices, sugar and tea are available for you. The daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower. Soap, toilet paper and towels are included in the price. So you can see that "feeling at home" is very important to us. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Other things to note IMPORTANT!!!! We always have our apartment cleaned after a week. This means that if you are planning a stay longer than 7 days, you will have to expect an additional cleaning fee of 30 euros. You will also get new towels and linens ;-) We rent our apartment also for one night, but take a supplement of 30 euros for 1 person and one night;-) Apartment is not suitable for children due to the steep stairs! Video surveillance note: In front of the house, right at the front door, is a security camera. This is solely for the security of the house and its residents. The recordings are stored for a maximum of 30 days and then automatically deleted. No cameras are installed in the apartment itself.
