Welcome to our gorgeous villa in Alvor, a great place for a family vacation. The house is located in the peaceful resort of Prainha. Just an hour drive away from the airport of Faro, it's ideal if you're looking for something quiet, where you can relax. With 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room and a full-equipped kitchen and patio. In the balconies, with an amazing panoramic view over the ocean, you can have breakfast while hearing the birds singing or enjoy sunset having a glass of wine. The space This house is perfect for a big family or a group of friends. All four bedrooms are very spacious - 3 are ensuite with shower. There is enough space in the living room and dining area for everyone to be comfortably seated. There are high chairs for infants and a crib. There is no need to use a car as the beach, swimming pool, fine restaurants and food shop are all 5 min walking distance. Guest access This booking is for the whole house. You will have access to the resort's private pool and lift to the beach. Other things to note Since March 2024 we are required by the Portimão Council to charge our guests the tourism tax. Airbnb app lets us apply this tax automatically when a guest makes a booking, but doesn't differentiate adults from children under 13 years old, who are exempt of this payment. To avoid charging our guests unduly, we suggest you only add as guests the adults and children over 13 and let us know by message the number of children under 13.
