Our smart and stylish 2-bedroom self-contained apartment is located in the heart of Clifton Village. A few minutes walk away from of an array of independent shops, cafes, bars and bistros. It's a 10-minute walk away from Clifton Suspension Bridge, the Downs and Clifton Observatory. Ashton Gate Stadium is an 8-minute drive and Bristol International Airport is a short 20-minute drive. There are great transport links to the centre of Bristol so you are perfectly placed to enjoy this vibrant City. The space Our basement apartment has been lovingly refurbished with everything you will need for your stay. The open plan kitchen & living area has a sofa, chairs, TV, a desk for remote working and dining table & chairs. The stylish kitchen area has an oven, hob and microwave with patio doors leading into a courtyard with seating, here you will also find an outside room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and wardrobe, the second smaller room our 'Cabin room' has a double bed with drawers for storage and an open wardrobe. This room has recently been re-modeled from a previous office, due to client feedback. We are pleased to offer a full range of Bramley toiletries; Bramley are a British company, using high quality natural products, which are vegan and environmentally friendly. Guest access The property is accessed via a private entrance. Please note the outside space is the courtyard/patio, whilst enjoying this space can we please request you respect our neighbours and refrain from using the patio after 11pm at night; thank you :) The garden belongs to the house above.
