A cozy comfortable apartment on the ground floor with its own south-facing terrace. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped. Everything is within walking distance, beach, downtown, shops. The apartment is located in a cozy quiet authentic neighborhood of Vlissingen. In short, if you want to relax completely and occasionally go out, shop, enjoy culinary delights or go to the beach, this is really the ideal place. For the smallest there is a handy camp bed available, equipped with a mattress and mattress cover. Please bring your own duvet or similar. To make it easy for you, we have neatly covered the beds. The kitchen has recently been completely renovated and is fully equipped, including a combination microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, kettle and Senseo coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee creamer, kitchen roll, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, kitchen linen. The bathroom has a sink, shower, hair shampoo, shower foam, bath towels and also a washing machine with detergent. There is 1 toilet in the apartment. The apartment is heated by central heating. The backyard is located on the south with garden furniture and parasol. There are also 2 storage rooms (15 m2) with 3 bicycles, which can be used free of charge. There is also a wagon, 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor. Guests have access to their own apartment. Other things to note Tourist tax: We are obliged to collect tourist tax/municipal taxes for the municipality of Vlissingen. These costs are € 3 per person per day, and can be paid in cash during check-in. Price structure: Our basic price is based on the use of 2 persons and the use of 1 bedroom. For a 3rd and 4th guest € 30 per person per day will be charged extra. Additional bedroom: If an extra bedroom is desired when booking for 2 persons, a one-off € 45 extra cleaning fee will be charged. These costs may be paid in cash at check-in.
