The space Our beachfront estate continuously takes full advantage to a heaven of relaxation and excitements it offers. With the charming Kapas island ideally stationed directly opposite our property, our beach is naturally fabricated to be safe to swim and protected over the open south china sea. Favorably, we are gifted with a approximately 30km stretch of beach before a river is introduced and the beach continues. As our name suggest, guests are awarded front-row seats to a mesmerizing Sunrise spectacle emerging over the horizon, painting a picture with inviting nature sounds of dawn simulating a breathtaking start to each day. On our coastal paradise, we offer a variety of thoughtfully designed accommodations to cater every guest preference while keeping a small overall and total capacity of just 25pax or less, we admirably tend to retain the privacy and peace we are known for since we started. Choose from our charming small non beach view chalet units, perfect for couples seeking intimate retreat. Our spacious beach view studio room spec'd out with few extra amenities offers an ideal escape for couples or small families, while our beach view family room comfortably accommodates groups of 4-5pax.
