Records Studio is a spacious byre. 400 years ago it was home to the cows at our Devon smallholding, now it comfortably sleeps 2 people in twin or superking bed option. Open plan and self contained with large kitchen. Shower room. Comfy lounging area & 49" smart TV. Free Wifi. Parking. Patio area to sit in the sun or wander round the mature gardens and veg patch. We are in a quiet spot outside Southleigh, half a mile from main coast road and less than 3 miles to the sea at Beer The space Set in a country smallholding. Records studio is originally a flint cowbarn & dates back to the 1700's. At Records Place we grow fruit and veg in our polytunnels and share the place with a modest but very friendly flock of sheep and hens. We host B&B guests in the main house and are always on hand to welcome and help you with your stay in East Devon's area of outstanding natural beauty. Southleigh is surrounded by beautiful countryside, wonderful walking and wildlife. Sidmouth, Beer, Lyme Regis are all very close by and well worth a visit. We are convenient for River Cottage HQ and the Donkey Sanctuary. Exeter city centre and airport are easy drive. We welcome well behaved dogs. A pet fee covers up to 4 nights for 1 pet. For extra nights/pets a there is a fee of £5 per pet per night. Guest access Feel free to wander in the gardens or visit the sheep.
