My place is a 2018 build, it is a warm, sunny home with amazing outdoor deck with built in seating. I absolutely love this house it has sass and flair. The beds are brand new beds and brand new furniture. I offer an experience where the little details matter and this is reflected in the products that are available to the guests and the inclusion of breakfast. The space All spaces are available to guests for use it is only no smoking inside the house however there is an area outside that is specific for smokers with ashtrays. It is within two kilometres of the nearest MacDonalds restaurant. Guest access Guests have access to this house, the garden and the parking area and lawns, the laundry room is supervised access only and the carshed/garage is off limits. Other things to note This is a rural area and therefore you will have cattle noises and hear neighbors dogs
