Das WLAN läuft über LTE von Vodafone mit ausreichender Geschwindigkeit und Datenvolumen. Zum streamen aus dem Internet ist das WLAN geeignet. Strom- und Wasserkosten, sowie ausreichend Holz plus Anmachholz sind im Gesamtpreis inbegriffen. Im Herbst und Winter wird das gesamte Haus ausschließlich durch den Kaminofen geheizt. Im Bad ist eine Infarotheizung installiert. In den meisten Fällen heize ich bei Anreise den Kaminofen für Euch an. In der Herbst-& Winterzeit ist der Kaminofen durchgängig zu nutzen. Die Infrarotheizungen bitte nur im Notfall aktivieren. Die Nutzung des Kaminofens erfordert Holz reinholen, jeden Morgen anfeuern, alle 1-2h Holz nachlegen wenn man vor Ort ist. Im Vorflur befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Gäste-Hausschuhe sind für die fußkältere Herbst&Winterzeit vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche stelle ich für 4 Personen zur Verfügung. Für eine 5.&6. Person, sowie für das Baby-Reisebettchen,ist Bettzeug, Bettwäsche und Handtüchervorhanden . Geschirrtücher, Geschirrspülmittel und Reinigungsmittel, Bio-Handseife, Cremes & Shampoo, sowie Toilettenpapier sind vorhanden. Ein „Grundstock“ an Gewürzen, Salz& Pfeffer, Öl, Essig ebenfalls. Es gibt einen tollen Melitta-Kaffeefilter-Aufsatz zur Herstellung Eures Kaffees, für den ich guten Bio-Kaffee zur Verfügung stelle. Hunde sind in dem Haus im Erdgeschoss erlaubt, auch angeleint auf dem Gelände. An den Strand und in den See dürfen die Hunde nicht! Auf angrenzenden Feldwegen gibt es jedoch unmittelbare Auslaufmöglichkeiten für Hunde. Der eigene Schlafplatz (Nest) des Hundes ist möglichst von zuhause mitzunehmen. Pro Tier ergibt sich eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 35€. This includes: - Disinfection of all usable surfaces and handles - Exchange of duvets / pillows / mattress protectors / bed linen / pillow cases (90 degree cleaned) - Hand disinfection and disinfectant cleaners are ready and available in the house - The rules of conduct set by the Federal Government must be observed. The house and the weekend settlement offer optimal conditions to protect yourself and other from Covid19. The WLAN runs via LTE from Vodafone with sufficient speed and data volume. The WLAN is suitable for streaming from the Internet Electricity and water costs, as well sufficient wood plus little wood for cheer on the stove are included in the total price. In autumn and winter the entire house is heated exclusively by the fireplace. Infrared heating is installed in the bathroom. In most cases I will heat the stove for you on arrival. In the autumn and winter, the stove can be used throughout. Please only activate the infrared heaters in emergencies. The use of the stove requires bringing in wood, firing it up every morning, adding wood every 1-2 hours when you are on site. In the foyer is a washing machine. Guest slippers are available for the colder fall & winter time. Towels and bed linen I provide for 4 people. For a 5th & 6th Person using the pull-out sofa bed must bring bedding, bed linen and towels. Dishcloths, dishwashing detergents and cleaning products (from Ecover), organic hand soap, creams & shampoo, and toilet paper are available. A "base" of spices, salt & pepper too. There is a great Melitta coffee filter attachment for making your coffee, for which I provide good organic coffee. Dogs are allowed in the house, also leashed on the premises. On the beach and in the lake dogs are not allowed! On adjacent dirt roads, however, there are immediate run out possibilities for dogs. The dog's own sleeping place (nest) should be taken from home if possible. Per animal there is an additional fee of 35 €.
