20 minutes from Angers, Natura 2000 area, 1 km from Parc du Lion and the racecourse, our cottages welcome you. On a 7 ha property along the Mayenne River, our cottages offer direct access to the towpath, heated pool (and covered if rainy) from 4/15 to 10/15, spa from 10/15 to 4/15, petanque court, barbecue etc... They're also equipped with a wood-burning stove for a cozy winter. The area offers: Terrabotanica Boat Castle Wine route Zoo PuyduFou The space Our 2 Pironnière cottages together (and adjoining), can accommodate up to 14 people. They are both equipped with a wood stove for a cozy winter by the fireplace. The first 80 m2 cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. Upstairs: - A bedroom with quality bedding including 1 bed of 160 (or 2 beds of 80 cm that can be attached). - A bedroom with a 140*200 bed. On the ground floor, living room with views of the Mayenne, with a sofa, convertible into a 140*190 bed, a TV, a wood stove, a Wi-Fi terminal. The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks a private terrace. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. The second cottage of 100 m2, can accommodate up to 8 people. Always with a very nice view of the Mayenne, it consists on the ground floor of a large equipped kitchen of 25 m2 with access to a large terrace (which overlooks the property and the river). A living room with fireplace, TV and sofa bed of 140*190 cm. The floor offers: - 1 first bedroom with a 160*200 bed, new and quality bedding. - 1 second bedroom with 2 beds of 80 cm that can be joined to make a second 160 cm*2 m bed - 1 third bedroom with 140*200 bed. - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Other things to note - Owners on site, very discreet for your peace of mind. - 1 pool of 9 m*4 m, covered, heated, (and covered if it rains), not private. - Unauthorized events (except exemption after consultation with the owner), as it is a family site and very quiet. - Our guests must come with their sheets and towels, however if they are missing any, we can provide them at the rates of €5/sheet and €2/towel. - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants for their departure, mentioned in the house rules of the listing: "We ask guests to clean the accommodation before departure: - Remove bed linens (if provided by the cottage) - Empty and take out the garbage - Clean the toilet - Vacuum - Wash and store clean dishes in the cupboards"
