10 Sea Oak - Beauty House The space "Casa Beleza is a one-of-a-kind, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, oceanfront home ideal for a fun beach getaway on Hilton Head Island. Just to your right is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, both of which also face the ocean. The Kitchen is open to the dining room, separated only by a small bar. Great for entertaining while preparing meals. The dining area opens to a large deck which has a grilling area dining table. This deck leads down to a lower-level sundeck just below the living room windows. This deck is where you will find the Jacuzzi hot tub. This deck will go back up and wrap around the side of the home, giving the two main level bedrooms direct exterior access. From the sundeck, there is a short staircase to the back yard. In the back yard, you will find a large pool, wood burning firepit, and a private beach access via a boardwalk through the dunes. This is a very rare feature, even for the most luxurious oceanfront homes. Back inside, going left of the living room, you will find two of the four bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a king bed, gorgeous ocean views, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom contains a private, updated bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bathroom has access to a side deck where you can also enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Next to the master, you will find a guest bedroom containing a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom has double sinks, a large tub, and a large walk-in shower. This is the best room in the house! Exiting the master and crossing the landing, you will find the fourth bedroom. This room has 2 twin beds, a trundle, flat screen TV, and private bathroom.
