The space Suitable for 1-4 guests with 2nd bedroom available for paid bookings of 3 or more people. Private entrance via the stairs through the large air cond main bedroom/combined living area with lounge, tv, fridge, microwave, air fryer, ceiling fan, high speed nbn wifi, tea & coffee making & ironing facilities. An outdoor kitchen/bbq is included for basic cooking. Beautiful views from your queen bed, seperate bathroom with twin vanities, bath, shower & toilet. Guest access There is heaps of easy off street parking available (including caravans & motorhomes) within our small private acreage & secured by electronic gates. Feel free to roam around the grounds. The guest suite is joined to the main home but is locked, seperate & has its own verandah, parking & private entrance accessed via stairs at the rear. Note: There is a staircase to climb so keep this in mind if one of the guests is frail or has physical limitations.
