The Circle is a two mile loop -- perfect for walking or running. Trails and Parks are minutes away. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are easy to get to. We are about a 5 minute walk to the Biltmore Waldorf Hotel. You have easy access to walking/biking trails along the canal. Location is 24th St. & Camelback area. About 15 min. to airport, Scottsdale, downtown Phx. and more. Minutes to world class shopping and dining. Note: We do have 2 cats in our home that do like to visit. Also, Phoenix is in a desert.....we have all sorts of pests, bugs, critters, especially living on a golf course. This includes scorpions, bees, cockroaches, bats, coyotes, and more. Extra Note! Although we are on the golf course and near the hotel - we do NOT have free access to the hotel and its pools & facilities. That also means our guests are NOT allowed free access to the hotel, its pools, and facilities, including golf. The Hotel is for HOTEL GUESTS and paying members. The GOLF COURSE is for PAYING GUESTS and MEMBERS. ALL GUESTS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BEFORE ALLOWED ONSITE. Guest access Back yard access to watch beautiful sunrises or the wildlife. During your stay No interaction if you prefer. Other things to note Outstanding location -- 15 minute drive or less to top restaurants, entertainment, hiking trails, and more. Note: PHOENIX IS IN A DESERT environment & we are ON a golf course which means there are stinging insects such as scorpions, bees, wasps, spiders etc. and there are coyotes, bobcats, hawks, owls, etc.. It is possible to be bit, stung, or other things in the home, outside anywhere. ALL GUESTS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BEFORE ALLOWED ONSITE.
