Great family home in Warwick. Recently installed double glazing in front bedrooms to assist with comfort. Close to Morgan Park Raceway and city centre. Furnished to make stay comfortable. Great location to visit famous Queen Mary Falls at Killarney and wineries at Granite Belt region. Historic Steam train ride to Wallangarra, Clifton and Toowoomba Carnival Flowers leaves regularly on weekends so check the Southern Downs Railway website. The space Guests can use the whole house. It is quite a large home with 3 to 4 bedrooms. There is a lounge room, sitting room, kitchen and dining room. This house has been in our family for over 75 years. Well loved home. Other things to note Morgan Park raceway operates 45 weekends per year. Fantastic track and creates a lot of interest from motor racing enthusiasts.
